  • We require a minimum of 24-hours notice with any scheduling changes. Appointment deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your treatment cost. Appointment deposits are 100% transferable to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24-hours notice.

  • No Shows and Cancellations without 24-Hours notice will be charged an additional Cancellation Fee of $50 to the card on file.

  • Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you have 30-days from your original appointment date to reschedule & complete the treatment(s) included in this special offer. After 30-days this treatment offer is invalid.
